A completely pure white beetroot from Holland with an extraordinary flavour and texture. The sweetest of all beetroot! Sugar beets are derived from these white beets, and they can be used for making sugar. They store very well, too.

This beet can be enjoyed both for its tasty root and its wavy, nutrient-rich leaves as “spinach.” Albino White does not have the classic earthy taste that normal beets have. With its intense sweet flavour, it’s sure to find a place on your dinner table.
