The Spanish prize small tomatoes which can be hung over winter and used during the cold months. In Catalunya, day old bread is sliced, rubbed with a clove of garlic and a halved tomato, this called Pa amb Tomaquet. Obviously, hanging the tomatoes for months concentrates the flavour as they lose what little moisture they have.

Harvest readiness in approx. 90 days.
