How to submit a query?

How do I submit a query?

• • Use our search bar to find a topic related to your query
  • View and read through the topic’s contents
  • If the content does not resolve your issue, select the ‘Contact’ button at the bottom of the VEQTOR eMarket store page or on the main menu. 
  • Complete and press the submit button on the contact form (remember to select which query type it is)
  • Your query will be directed to one of our customer service agents who will respond as soon as possible
