How to Submit a Customer Support Ticket on VEQTOR eMarket

- Log in to your VEQTOR eMarket account.
- Navigate to a product and submit a query on the product page for that product.
- Help Center at the top of the page can be used and then click on 'Submit Ticket' can be used.
- Click on "Submit a Ticket" or use "Contact" page.
- Fill out the form with your full name, email, and order number (if applicable).
- Provide detailed information about your issue or query.
- Attach any relevant files (screenshots, receipts, etc.) to help explain the problem.
- Review the form to ensure all fields are completed correctly.
- Submit the ticket and wait for a confirmation email with your ticket number.
