Tracking Your Orders on VEQTOR eMarket - FAQ

1. How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you can track it by following these steps:

  • Log in to your VEQTOR eMarket account.
  • Go to the Orders section under your account dashboard.
  • Find the specific order you want to track and click on it.
  • You will be able to see the current status and estimated delivery date of your package.
  • Remember to ensure you have provided a mobile number and email address listed. 
  • Monitor your emails a text messages because TCG (The Courier Guy) will send you a PIN code you need to provide to them when receiving your parcels. 

2. Can I track all my orders?
Yes! You can track all orders that have been shipped. For any order still being processed, you will only see its current status, such as "Processing" or "Shipped." 

3. What if my tracking information isn’t available?
If your tracking number isn’t showing any details, try again after 24-48 hours. It can take some time for tracking info to update after the order is shipped. If it still doesn't appear, contact VEQTOR eMarket Support.

4. What if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, first check the tracking info for any updates. If the delay is significant and there are no updates, contact Veqtor Support for assistance.

5. How do I contact support if I can’t track my order?
You can contact VEQTOR eMarket Support by visiting the Help Center or through email. Provide your order number and any other relevant details to get faster assistance.
